Keila began her journey with meditation six years ago when she found herself depressed, anxious, and stressed. Meditation began to connect her back to her true being, enabling a part of her she had lost years ago, and allowing her to be herself again.
Meditation, Hypnosis, Energy Healing, and Yoga all played a big role in her recovery, and this is why she decided to teach meditation, and help clients with hypnosis, coaching, and energy healing sessions.
