About the Event
In this deep group hypnosis session, I will guide you to create awareness around the heavy energies you may be carrying due to all the changes, and/or difficult times experienced in the last year or so, and help guide you to release that which you are ready to let go of. Heaviness can show up as fatigue, anxiety, anger, stress, sadness, hopelesness, fears, and it can impair you from enjoying and living your life.
If you are ready to release, accept, and move forward, I am here to guide you in your journey through this powerful release workshop.
I will provide:
- Journaling prompts to help create awareness
- Deep Guided Hypnosis Session to help release heaviness and welcome peace into your life

Workshop is held through zoom. After you register a zoom link will be sent through email, before the event.
I recommend wearing headphones and being in a comfortable and quiet space where you can lay back or lay down to enjoy the deep releasing hypnosis session. Create a safe space by just holding the intention.
Bring a notebook and pen to write down awareness questions and answers.
